Key Club Membership Agreement

I,________________________ agree that as a Key Club Member of North Forty Cycle Park I have certain rights and duties, listed as follows:

____1. No member may ride alone at North Forty Cycle Park.

____2. No member may bring alcohol or drugs of any kind to North Forty Cycle Park or attend North Forty Cycle Park while intoxicated or under the influence of any type of drug.

____3. No member may bring any type of firearms to North Forty Cycle Park.

____4. Attendance at North Forty Cycle Park other than during regular business hours is limited to immediate family.

____5. Each  person who is allowed to use the North Forty Cycle Park must have a signed "RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT" on file and an "ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS" signed and dated on the date of use.

____6. Each person who is allowed to use the North Forty Cycle Park must wear protective gear including but not limited to the following: helmet, goggles, boots.

____7. Each person who is allowed to use the North Forty Cycle Park must wear a shirt.

____8. Children are not allowed to be left unattended.

____9. If a person who is allowed to use the North Forty Cycle Park is under the age of 16, he/she must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

____10. Each member must keep the gate locked at all times.

____11. Each person who is allowed to use the North Forty Cycle Park must observe the right of way of smaller riders.

____12. Each person who is allowed to use the North Forty Cycle Park must observe the right of way of slower vehicles.

____13.  Each person who is allowed to use the North Forty Cycle Park must take all vehicles when those persons leave the park.

____14. A key club member may visit the North Forty Cycle Park at any time, including times outside normal business hours.

____15. A key club member may camp at the North Forty Cycle Park at any time, including times outside normal business hours.

____16. A key club member is not allowed to plug into N-40 power without special permission.

NORTH FORTY CYCLE PARK

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I,_________________________________________after careful consideration of the dangers associated with operating a motorcycle, all terrain vehicles, go-cart, and/or the like on a track like the one at the NORTH FORTY CYCLE PARK assume all risks associated with said activity. I assume these risks intentionally, knowingly, and voluntarily. I have a full understanding of these risks. I will not at any time hold track or any of its owners liable for any bodily Injury, death, and/or property damage that occur as a result of my activities at NORTH FORTY CYCLE PARK Moreover, I will take responsibility for any actions, which I may do, which may lead to someone else's bodily injury, death, and/or property damage. I will not turn to the track or any owners thereof for assistance in fulfilling my responsibility for my action at NORTH FORTY CYCLE PARK.
